Do you have a preference on the apple type you use in this recipe? I know some people that do like a certain brand, and there are others that could care less as long as it is an apple. I always check to make sure before I get the ingredients, just in case. I like the glaze you chose, but I think I want to make a cream cheese icing just because it is my favorite.
