"Rich, delicious, peppermint brownie truffles - a homemade peppermint patty filling surrounding by rich brownie crumbles and coated in chocolate! The peppermint patty filling comes together very quickly and is chilled until firm, then formed into small balls. The brownie batter mixes up fast and is baked, then cooled and crumbled. The brownie crumbles then get formed into a ball around the peppermint patty filling and the whole thing is chilled and then coated in chocolate. Easy and amazing. The perfect treat or gift!"
