Oogy Boogy Brain Cupcakes

It doesn't take a genius to whip up a batch of these creepy Oogy Boogy Brain Cupcakes. It's a really easy Halloween dessert recipe because you don't have to make the cupcakes from scratch. In face, the recipe just tells you to make strawberry cupcakes, so you can make your own or just use a box mix. Once you make your frosting, just put it into a piping bag and create a bunch of small squiggles atop each cupcake to make them look like brains.
