Pumpkin Pie Lasagna has layers upon layers of pumpkin goodness. It's no bake dessert recipe that uses Cool Whip as one of its ingredients. Graham crackers, whipped cream, and a creamy homemade pumpkin mousse layer together in a springform pan. If you don't have a springform pan, you can always use a casserole dish. Just layer the ingredients and let the dessert chill in your refrigerator for a few hours. It tastes best when served cold, so don't take it out of the fridge until after dinner.
