- 1 package mini graham cracker pie shells (6 to a package)
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces carton of Cool Whip, defrosted per package instructions (divided; i.e., 2 ounces aside for garnishing the top of the cutie pies)
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 6 sprigs of fresh mint
