These look very easy make. I bet they taste great, although I imagine they would be pretty rich. I would use pureed fresh strawberries in place of the fruit spread when I make them. That way there would be less sugar. I would also use fresh whipped cream in place of cool whip. Yes, it would be a bit more work, but that is just my preference. I bet they are great either way.
