Oh a nice sweet summer taste! I love this recipe for The Tropical Pina Colada Cupcakes. I like the idea of making the cakes from scratch and not a box mix. Sure there is nothing wrong with box mix when in a hurry, but nothing is better tasting then scratch making. This recipe is a must have and make this time of year when we are dreaming of warmer weather. I'm looking forward to making these cupcakes. Thank you so much for sharing this free cupcake recipe.

What I love most about this recipe, besides the taste of course, is that it is made from scratch. No instant cake or pudding mixes so there is no taste of artificial preservatives. The cupcakes are DEEELISHUS and my craft group ladies were literally scrambling for the last one so there were none left for the family which gave me the perfect excuse to make another batch!
