Do you measure the brown sugar with it packed tight, or do you just level it off like flour? I know everyone is different. I like that you chose to use a dark chocolate flavor for your dessert because it has such a deep, earthy tone. There are sometimes when dark chocolate is the only thing that satisfies my chocolate craving.
