I love pumpkin cake and muffins. I have always wanted to make a cake roll. I even bought really nice pans for it. Unfortunately, I have been worried that I will mess it up when it comes time to roll it, so I have yet to make one. Is the cake easy to roll, or do you have to be really gentle so it doesnt break up?
