Is the tart runny if you do not leave it cool long enough? I love that your recipe tells people how to tell the difference between toasting the sugar and burning. It is a really slight area to get into. I have burnt many batches of caramel and had to start over. I love that you mix the chocolate and caramel too because it is one of the best flavor combinations.
