Clementines have a tartness that I bet pairs really nice with the cream cheese in your tart. Can you use fresh ginger in this recipe, or would that be too strong with the zest? I have to say that my favorite part about your dish is the cream cheese. The best tarts have this component. The combination between sweet and tart is just yummy.
