Does it matter whether I use whole milk or a skim version? My son uses soy milk, would that work as well? Pudding is one of those dishes that you can make as a topping, a pie, or by itself. Everyone will get a smile when you bring out a pudding dessert. I know I loved it when my mom would make pudding poke cake when I was a kid. Cookies and cream is my favorite flavor, so I know I will love this dish.
