Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar in the Raw
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line 2 muffin trays with paper liners (you will need 24 muffin wells lined).

  2. Whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
