"This Double Chocolate Quick Bread is definitely not a labor of love. You’ll love it, but it’s not a labor at all. As with most quick breads, you mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Step 3 is to combine the two bowls together until just blended. Bake it up and bada-bing-bada-boom you’ve got a delicious quick bread cooling on your countertop. As noted above, I often put a bit of vanilla extract into my chocolate desserts as I personally like the depth of flavor it creates. After that, this Double Chocolate Quick Bread is fairly straight-forward. Flour, sugar, eggs, oil and cocoa powder. And the “double” part of the name comes from the addition of chocolate chips in this bread. All together, this quick bread is an easy but delicious treat when you’re craving something chocolate. And come on, when are you not craving something chocolate?? Enjoy!"
