Ingredients

  • 8 ounce chocolate bars
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup candy sprinkles
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 cup melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate in a bowl.

  2. Heat the heavy cream until simmering.

  3. Add the butter to the chocolate and slowly pour in the heavy cream.

  4. Let the warm cream and chocolate sit for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the vanilla extract then stir until the chocolate has completely melted.

  6. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the chocolate and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  7. Scoop the set truffle mixture into 2 tsp-sized mounds.

  8. Roll each into balls.

  9. Roll each into toppings of your choice.
