Root Beer Float Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 cup graham crackers, crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup root beer
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix (4 oz dry mix only)
  • 2 tablespoon root beer concentrate
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • More cool whip for topping

Instructions

  1. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside.

  2. In a bowl combine graham cracker crumbs with butter. Place mixture on 9x13 and pack down.

  3. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla on medium speed (hand mixer or stand mixer). Mix together until light and fluffy. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Evenly spread this cream cheese mixture on top of graham cracker bottom.

  4. In a bowl combine root beer, milk, root beer concentrate and bidding mix and stir until it thickens. Spread on top of whipped topping layer.

  5. Finish by spreading cool whip to cover the entire 9x13 tray. Refrigerate overnight.
