Creepy Clown Cupcakes Inspired by the IT Movie

By: Jennifer Soltys from amagicalmess.com

"Creepy clown cupcakes aren't something you'd normally find on the dessert table. Or, at least I haven't had the pleasure of attending such a gathering that offers up something so deliciously disturbing. However, these aren't just any creepy clown cupcakes. This recipe is inspired by the upcoming remake of the IT movie. Creepy clown cupcakes aren't something you'd normally find on the dessert table.
