  • 3/4 cup All Purpose FLour
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 ounce Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a large baking tray (about 18 by 13-inches) with parchment paper.

  2. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set aside.
