  • 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract

  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Jimmes
  • 2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 8 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray three 7” round cake pans with non-stick baking spray and line the bottoms with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy with a hand mixer. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
