Lemon Drizzle Cake Recipe

"Preheat the oven 180 degree C for 10 minutes before baking. Mix the flour an baking powder well. Beat the eggs and keep aside In a large mixing bowl, add butter and sugar cream them well.. Now gradually add little of egg and little flour for each addition, beat them to form a creamy batter. Add in lemon rind and lemon juice mix them gently.. now the batter is ready!! Grease ur baking tray with butter. pour the cake batter and tap the baking tray so it remove the air bubble. Set for baking at 180degree C for 15 mins"
