"This Honey Cake is a traditional Indian Dessert. It is a light & fluffy sponge cake highlighted with hints of cardamon & topped with a sticky honey syrup containing bright notes of orange & sweet bits of coconut. Simply poke holes in the cake & pour the syrup over top, allowing it to soak into the cake so that it is the ultimate of moistness. Simple to make in a bundt or loaf pan or for a little extra pizzazz bake it in a whimsical baking tin."
