Foodliving Well No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies Recipe from 1960 Workbasket Magazine

"This no bake cookies recipe comes from a vintage 1960 The Work Basket magazine. The peanut butter oatmeal cookies are delicious, very simple to make, and it takes literally 5 min to whip them up. No exotic ingredients required. I’ve tried this recipe in several variations. My favorite one this far: add 1/4 cup sliced almonds, 1/4 cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds and use ⅓ cup less quick cooking oats to compensate for these additions. Otherwise the cookies might come out a bit hard."
