Triple Chocolate Cookies

"Another trick for selling a house? Light a candle or bake a batch of cookies right before a showing! (Yeah, as if you have time to stop and bake cookies when the realtor calls and says they’ll be there in 30 minutes…) For real, though, good smells make people happy. And the smells of these Triple Chocolate Cookies will make people very happy. Trust me! I used 3 different types of chocolate in these bad boys, and I also added some chopped pecans in there for fun, too. Mainly because I love chopped pecans in cookies. Are you guys fans of nuts in cookies? The base of these Triple Chocolate Cookies is amazing! It’s almost like a chewy brownie…just in cookie form. Then just stir in some semisweet chocolate chips + white chocolate chips, and you’ve got yourself one amazing cookie. I don’t know about you, but I’d buy a house if I walked in for a showing and smelled these Triple Chocolate Cookies. (Ok, maybe I’m not that easily persuaded…but it’s close!)"
