Regina's Rainbow Cookies

"Whenever I go into the bakery with my son, this is the cookie he picks out. My friend Regina came out with this version that is much easier than the original and it tastes so delicious. My son being the expert on rainbow cookies, gave it the thumbs up. YUM!"
