The flavor and sweetness of this peach pie recipe comes directly from fresh ripened peaches, with a little help from the sweetened condensed milk. Therefore, you have to make sure to choose the most ripe and juicy peaches so that you can make the most flavorful pie possible. Unlike other pies, crumbled graham crackers, not pie crust, serve as the topping. Though it's a bit messy to eat, this pie is irresistibly delicious.
