  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Powered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Zest of Lemon
  1. In a medium saucepan, add the blueberries, sugar and lemon juice. Place over medium heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. You want the blueberries to reduce down and create a thick syrup. You can mash the blueberries as you go if you’d like a smoother consistency.
