"These apple cinnamon muffins are a delicious way to wake up in the morning or enjoy as a snack. Bursting with tart apple flavor and the spicy addition of cinnamon, you'll never run into a more satisfying recipe. Easy and great as an on the go snack too. These apple cinnamon muffins are definitely one of my go to make ahead breakfast recipes. They last for a couple of days and the kids and I both love them. "
