The chocolate cake is perfectly moist and flavorful. Stripes of homemade buttercream frosting run across the cake, creating bumps. This Gooey Chocolate Bumpy Cake is a nice copy cat. I was born and raised in the Detroit area and still here. The Sanders Bumpy Cake is a great treat around here. After reading the story and the written recipe, I have to say it sounds so good. The bumpy cake here has a thicker chocolate ganache frosting that is to die for with the best butter cream frosting striped under it. I will try this recipe and hope it's as good as the Sanders bumpy cake. To save money, I'll make sour milk using whole milk with vinegar in place of the buttermilk. Thank you for sharing this free cake recipe.

This looks so yummy. Here's the link to the recipe http//www.confessionsofacookbookqueen.com/chocolat == e-bumpy-cake/. There's a story how this cake came to be which shows family bonding and love

yummy i am starving
