This Sex In A Pan is a sinfully sweet and decadent layered dessert recipe that everyone will want to get their hands on. It may look like a hot mess in a pan, but looks can be deceiving. It's what's on the inside that counts. And what is on the inside of this devilishly good dessert is a combination of vanilla cream, cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder.
This shockingly marvelous and easy cake recipe is so good that it should be illegal in certain places. This dessert is perfect for taking to parties and potlucks, and is sure to be a memorable addition to any dessert table. It's a crowd pleaser!

The Original Sex in a Pan

It can be difficult to tell how a food dish first got its name, but sometimes names just stick -- no matter how wacky they are. In fact, sometimes it’s the silliest names that are the ones that last. The title for this recipe, “Sex in a Pan,” may raise eyebrows, but it has become a dessert sensation. This unconventional dessert doesn’t fall into any clear category such as “cake” or “brownie,” so it needed a new label. We can assume that it got its scandalous name because it tastes divine and is entirely irresistible.

“Sex in a pan” desserts have four main components: the crust, a cream cheese layer, a pudding layer, and a whipped topping layer. Each version has its twists and adaptations, but they are all delicious. We recommend topping your dessert with cocoa powder to give it a lovely finished look, and to add a hint of chocolate to the flavor. This Sex in a Pan recipe can be served with espresso, fresh-brewed coffee, or your favorite dessert wine.

Where's the recipes ??? I cannot find it .

I would have trouble making this because I would want to keep licking the spoon! What a great combination of ingredients. How can pudding, cool whip, cream cheese, cookies, and pecans not make the BEST recipe? I need to think of an event coming up soon so I can make this. If I make it for my family, I will eat way too much of it. It looks amazing!

If this tastes HALF as good as it looks, I'll be happy! What a great date night dessert!

Guys, here's the link to the recipe in case you cannot find it http//

So now I know why this type of recipe is called "Sex in a pan" - when a dessert does not fall into the category of cake or brownie, you call it this. Ok. And it has the crust, cream cheese layer, the pudding layer and the whipped cream for topping. I will make this one of these days. Thanks for the useful information.

I loved the pecan crust for this recipe!! Also, make sure to put a lot of crushed Hazelnut Pirouette cookies in the between the cool whip and pudding layers, because it gives the cake a nice crunch.

Is this no bake? Because that would make this cake AMAZING.

Sorry, bpeterson, you have to bake this dessert. Here's the link to the recipe http//

I was skeptical at first because this dessert looks like tiramisu, which I don't like. But this dessert uses cocoa powder instead, so I'm going to give it a try! fell in love. The cream cheese layer... vanilla cream layer...this will be a HIT at dinner parties or a delicious barbecue dessert during the summer.

I had it and it vanished, the baked rice pudding, HELP me find it again, Please
