Do you chill your butter before using it in this dish? I love that you made cream puffs. I think they are an excellent Sunday brunch idea or a great addition to a party where you want to show off your baking skills to close friends and family. I think it is a sophisticated dessert that anyone would love to have served for a birthday or even a graduation party.

I really love cream puffs and these sound so easy I will just have to buy some pastry bags and then I will make them ! So Thanks For Sharing This Delicious looking recipe!! )
