The idea of Sweet and Salty Potato Chip Toffee Cookies may seem strange to you at first, but they're completely delicious. These sweet and salty treats are crunchy on the outside because of all the toppings but totally gooey on the inside. Sweet chocolate chips will melt in your mouth while the potato chips tantalize your taste buds. Then, the toffee will stick to your teeth or the roof of your mouth because that's what toffee does. But, honestly, you'll be so in love with these cookies that you won't even care.

Do you pack the brown sugar in the measuring cup or just measure it loosely? I have several recipes where this difference makes or breaks a dish. I love that you use potato chips in your recipe. They chips work so well with chocolate. I love the combination. I bet the oven melts the pieces and crisps up the tops of them at the same time.

This grabbed my attention! I normally wouldn't make something like this, but this could be really fun to try out on a crowd. You've gotta live daringly sometimes!
