Would a sugar substitute work in this recipe? I am a huge fan of chocolate and peanut butter together. My mom makes a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie at Halloween each year, and we love them. I can't wait to see if this recipe reminds me of her cookies. We only get them once a year, so this recipe might settle my craving.
