Banana Foster Rum Cake
"This is a cake we have had the pleasure eating many times on a cruise ship. The cake can be made with or without rum and a delicious way to use up ripe bananas. On the bottom of the cake you will find a rich sweet caramel and banana with rum flavors that are a match made in heaven.
