Oh-So-Good Blackberry Skillet Cobbler
Oh-So-Good Blackberry Skillet Cobbler is a golden delicious fruit cobbler recipe that has a wonderfully tart flavor. Unlike other blackberry cobbler recipes, this one isn't loaded with a sweet blackberry syrup. All of the flavor in the cobbler's fruit filling comes from the fresh berries themselves. The cobbler crust is perfectly crumbly, which matches well with the shape, size, and texture of the berries. This is the perfect summer treat that actually tastes great all year long.

Now I have a new recipe to try out in my cast iron skillet. I love making things in it, but I have never tried a dessert. I have always wanted to, but I never came across a recipe I wanted to use. Can I use half whole-wheat flour and half white flour in this recipe? I want to keep as much fiber in the pie as I can.
