"What is spelt flour? I am so pleased that you strained the strawberries and put some of them in the doughnut. A strawberry dessert is not truly strawberry unless there is some fruit in the dough and the icing. Many people try to throw a strawberry glaze on a dish and call it strawberry, but I think the cake or doughnut in this case tastes best with fresh strawberries."
