I tried to make these yesterday. It was a waste of time and money, both of which I cannot afford to waste. These stayed gooey and tasted like cake icing, not cheesecake. I did the same as Liket. I tried doctoring it. I put more graham cracker crumbs in it, I put it in the freezer. I am calling it a valuable experience and NEVER TRYING A RECIPE FROM FACEBOOK EVER AGAIN!

I made this up today and am very disappointed with the results. It stayed gooey and is very difficult to work with. It is far too sweet, and tastes like frosting, not cheesecake. I had made a triple batch so I could give some to family, but it is all a waste if I cannot come up with a way to doctor it and make use of it. I will not make it again.

I am sorry to hear that, lket! Is it possible the cheesecake bites may have needed more time to chill?

Chilling didn't help. I even tried putting it in the freezer. By 10pm I gave up and doctored it. I added more graham crumbs and poured the melted chocolate into the cheesecake mix. Then I pressed it into a pan and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The downside to the recipe is it doesn't work as cheesecake bites. The upside is that you can doctor it and make really good fudge.

Hi lket! I am sorry that it didn't turn out as planned. I think that was a smart move to repurpose the dessert as a fudge! I will have to keep this tip in mind the next time I have a dessert that doesn't go quite to plan.
