Rainbow Oreo Cookies
"I made this epically fun (and easy) rainbow OREO cookies the other day and now I’m feeling the need to make a whole rainbow party to make more of these awesome chocolate-covered OREO cookies! Seriously, making fun rainbow recipes is so much easier than you might think. I made this layered rainbow cake years ago and it is out-of-this-world fun. It’s so much easier to make than you’d expect. Plus, making rainbow food just makes my kiddos smile and there’s something about having a fun cookie for a party, be it Easter or St. Patrick’s Day or a birthday that just seems brighter when they’re excited. Who doesn’t want rainbow OREO cookies in their life on any day?"
