Sweetheart Strawberry Pie
"Since fresh strawberries aren't in season for Valentine's Day, this beautiful Sweetheart Strawberry Pie is made with frozen strawberries and a frozen, pre-made refrigerator pie crust. Delicious, this pie is surprisingly easy to make."

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen strawberries, defrosted overnight and cut in half (if whole) including the juice made by defrosting the strawberries
- 1 9" frozen pre-made pie crust (do not defrost)
- 1 roll of refrigerated pie crust from a two 9" pie crust package, defrosted per package instructions)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 2 tablespoons ultra-fine Baker's sugar (super fine sugar)

Can I use whole-wheat flour for half of the flour in this recipe? I like to reduce the white flour in my dishes to make them a little healthier and to add some extra fiber to the dessert. I love how cute these little pies are to have for a party or special gathering.
