Does whole wheat flour work in this recipe too? I love that you chose to use bacon and maple glaze. I think the glaze will add that extra touch of sweetness that you are looking for from a cookie. The bacon just adds bacon, there is no need to make a reason for it to be there, it just needs to be on the cookie!
