Cooking Vessel Size9x5 loaf Pan, Stand Mixer, Rubber Spatula
- 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 3 Medium Ripe bananas
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350F degrees and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl whisk well 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt and set aside.
