Apple Cider Caramels

These Apple Cider Caramels are so smooth-tasting and mouth-watering that you'll have a hard time keeping yourself from eating the whole tray. This caramel candy recipe uses two whole cups of the apple cider of your choice, which gives the salty caramel a sweeter flavor than usual. The great thing about this recipe is that it's easy to make and will make your whole house smell absolutely amazing. Make these sweet treats for yourself to enjoy on Halloween or for your family to nibble on at Thanksgiving.

I have never seen apple pie spice. Can you find it like you do pumpkin pie spice? I always add my own mixture of pie spices to the apple pies when I make them, so I am not sure about this spice mix. I think it sounds much easier to use when you are in a hurry though.

What a nice treat for fall. It would be a fun tradition to make these every season for your kids, maybe as an after school treat.
