Oh these candies look absolutely delicious. I love chocolatey and gooey treats like these ones. Do you think I could use honey roasted peanuts instead of the pecans? I have a tree nut allergy in the home, but we can have peanuts. I think the roasted honey flavor would be a great addition to the chocolate and coconut in this dessert.

I live in Michigan and pecans are not cheep here, I need to make a trip to the south and but a bunch with all these great recipes calling for pecans..
