Frankenstein rice krispie treats are an easy kid-friendly Halloween-themed dessert. Who knew green monsters were soft, chewy, and oh so adorable! It goes without saying that these Frankenstein rice krispie treats are great to make for Halloween parties, bake sales, or even to add to your You’ve Been Booed basket. "

Cooking Vessel Size8x8 Baking Pan, Saucepan

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Green Gel Food Coloring
  • 3 cloves Rice Krispies Cereal
  1. Line an 8 by 8-inch baking dish with 2 pieces of parchment paper so that it hangs over all 4 sides. Lightly spray the paper with coconut oil spray.
