Jello Roll Ups
Jello Roll Ups

"Jello roll ups are a great recipe to have the kids join in on making and are perfect for birthday parties and playdates as well. They're sticky and squishy, and taste so good. Marshmallows and jello combine into one fruity sweet concoction… jello roll ups! This easy 3 ingredient dessert is fun for kids to help with, and even more fun to unroll. A fun twist on homemade fruit roll ups, these colorful marshmallow and jello pinwheels can be made with whatever flavor of jello you want."

Cooking MethodNo Bake

Cooking Vessel Sizemixing Bowls, 8x8 baking pan, whisk

  • 3 ounces Strawberry Jell-)
  • 3 ounces Berry Jell-O
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 3 cups Mini Marshmallows
  1. Grease an 8×8 pan with vegetable oil or spray. You will need two 8×8 pans, one for each color jello.

  2. In a medium sized bowl add 1/2 cup of boiling water and 3 ounces of one Jell-o mix. Whisk until sugar is fully dissolved. You may need to add this to the microwave for another minute to keep the water temperature up for the sugar to dissolve.
