" I Love no-bake desserts and this one is no exception. You will love how easy and especially how luscious this no bake light as air strawberry pie is. I think we all remember a pie from childhood similar to this one. It’s definitely a retro pie. My mom Ruthie served this when here bridge friends would come over. She always made two pies and saved me a piece in the fridge. How special it was the next morning when I found a luscious piece waiting for me. Years later when I lived in Atlanta, I was a caterer. This was served at most bridal and baby showers. It was requested very often from word of mouth. Everyone loves this pie, it’s so light and totally luscious."
