Who knew you could mix brownies and cheesecake in one dessert? I love that you chose raspberry for the cheesecake, but I like cherries too. I think you could make a black forest version of this dessert. A nice drizzle of dark chocolate syrup would top it off great too. I love all the ideas this recipe conjures up.
