  • 6 4/5 ounces Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 32 ounces Cool Whip
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Zest

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Pulse graham crackers in the bowl of a food processor until completely crushed into fine, even crumbs.
