Gail's Favorite Potato Chip Cookies are a sweet and salty dessert recipe that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser. In addition to flavor depth, crushed potato chips add a welcome crunch to the otherwise soft cookie. One of the best parts about this recipe, though, is how each is dusted with sweet powdered sugar. The sugar balances the salty chips perfectly and makes the cookies look so cute. The best part about this recipe is the fact that it only requires six ingredients to make. There's no reason to not make these treats.

Potato Chip Cookies? Oh Gail, thank you for this recipe, it is like my universe is now in complete harmony and alignment, my two favorite things have come together. These cookies are easy to make, and you will absolutely love the salty/sweet combination. The bloggers tips are helpful. This recipe makes a lot of cookies, but that's a good thing because, just like potato chips, you won't be able to stop eating them.
