Pie Crust Cookies

The best part about any pie is the crust. No matter the filling, as long as the crust is buttery, flaky, and golden brown, the pie will be amazing. Instead of baking an entire pie just to get that taste of the crust, make these Pie Crust Cookies instead. They're perfectly flaky and flavorful, making them the ideal addition to any dessert table. Plus, these cookies are magical. You place a batch down on the desert table and they'll disappear in the blink of an eye.

this does not give the actual recipe

Hi Zara, if you would like a good pie crust recipe to use for these cookies, I suggest you check out this one http://www.thebestdessertrecipes.com/Recipes-for-Pies/Grandmas-Secret-Pie-Crust I hope this helps! Chelsea, Editor

I cannot find the amount to use in the ingredients for this pie crust cookie recipe . Recipe just lists ingredients.

Um.....I would guess that if you have a pie crust recipe you already use....you would use that and just roll it out and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar....or....use store bought. I agree though...to me...this is not a recipe....just directions on how to do something really basic that any first year baker can do with left over pie crust from baking a pie.
