"Shamrock Cookies are fun to make and even more fun to eat. Gather the family together and get creative for St. Patrick's Day. These are very simple to make. To ice you do a piped edge with a slightly thicker icing and then flooding a thinner icing into the middle. Sugar cookies freeze very well before or after icing. So you can have something for every occasion! They are sure to put a smile on everyone's face."
